Recently Facebook added a new tab to the top of business pages. It’s the “Voice” link. This link allows page administrators to quickly click and go on to post and comment on their page as themselves and not as their page name/identity. This new Facebook feature means you can easily have a more personal interaction with those who “like” your page.
However, page administrators will still need to do some extra clicking to use Facebook as their page identity. For example, when as your page name you want to “like” or comment on other pages or even read recent posts from the pages your page has already “liked.” Those clicks? Find the admin panel at the top of your business page. Click on the arrow next to “Edit Page.” In the drop down menu select the last menu item to “Use Facebook As (your page name).” Now you can start liking, commenting, and posting to other pages. Just be sure when you’re ready to finish you return to your page and make these clicks again so you can use Facebook as yourself.
